A fast-paced look at
producing and sharing short-format video for 21st Century storytelling.
Presenter Mary Lynn Price will share her tips for making compelling short
videos and sharing them via the web, podcasting, and social networking.
Mary Lynn is a video journalist and podcaster based in San Diego. She traveled
to Antarctica as part of a National Science Foundation grant to interview women
working there, and will be returning to Antarctica later this year to film
Weddell Seals at a remote field camp outside McMurdo Station. She is the
executive producer of the iTunes featured podcast, DiveFilm HD Video. Mary Lynn
is also a founding organizer of the San Diego UnderSea Film Exhibition. She is
an Apple certified pro in Final Cut Pro 7, and teaches video editing and
