| Length of presentation should average between 30 & 45 minutes. | |
| Presentation will usually begin around 7:30 PM unless requested otherwise. | |
| Allow time for questions and answers. | |
| Bring hand out materials if available. | |
| Please do not create a conflict of business interest with Sport Chalet. | |
| Must provide speaker biography before the 15th of the month prior to presentation to the club newsletter editor. | |
| Presenter is offered $60 to cover time and travel expenses. Alternate fee amount must be negotiated with club president in advance. | |
| Meetings average 40 - 80 club members depending on time of year and presentation. | |
| Food park available upstairs. | |
| Suggest arriving at meeting room by 6:30 PM to set up presentation and meet the club president and the Equipment Coordinator to go over any special instructions or needs. | |
